Hi I am new to this site and forum.
I have been brewing beer for about 6 years and have settled on a Tooheys Dark Ale and a Queensland Gold.
I have atempted Apple Ciders but they always come out more like a soda water with apple flavor. (used the full Black Rock Kit with Schnapps?)
I was introduced to Barefoot Radler Beers recently andd they are very moreish (lemon and lime beer).
I was wondering if any one has a good recipe to create a lemon and or lime beer?
Thanks

In the UK when 'lager' was introduced in the 60s and 70s this was also the era when it became acceptable to take the wife or girlfriend out to the pub (it took another 10 to 15 years for this to catch on in Australia). In those days there were 2 drinks that were 'suitable' for females: a babycham or a lager n lime.

The lager n lime was a half pint of lager such as Harp or Carling or one of the other 3.5% abominations served with a dash of yellow lime cordial in a 'ladies glass'. When I tasted a Radler last year I was suddenly back in the 70s. I now have a bottle of Bickfords lime in the pantry and when I have a beer that needs a bit of a boost, like my disappointing Bohemian Pils, I help it along with a shot and it goes very well.

Rather than formulating a complete recipe you might get acceptable results from just trying a dash or a splash.
