Every time i brew i do it somehow somewhere, this time i was draining the urn into the cube and the cube's tap was open i lost at least half a litre on the floor. I started with a litre more than usual as i was brewing in the kitchen instead of the balcony so i expected a hotter boil.
What a pain in the proverbial, i lost more than an extra litre to evaporation, my cube is a good 2 litres short.
Should i top up with hot water or will it make the brew weaker?

nah, just leave it and enjoy what you have :)

Too cool now to top up anyhow, i figure i will still hit 20L

Check the gravity when you empty the cube into your fermenter. If it's too high because of the extra evaporation, there's a dilution calculator in Beersmith that can tell you how much water to add to reach your target OG.
