this is one of the best beers Ive made. I do a 5L boil so the .19 DME goes in with the wort from the steeped carared to make up 5L at 1040 boil gravitu. 1kg of dex is actually 1kg of BE2. I ferment 14 days in primary 19C, [CC last couple days] then rack straight to keg. Notice it's for 50L. Cheers
