Lagering Wiki Or Post

hi all,

i have just completed my first all grain and it is in the cube waiting for fermentation, i went with a lager and have some saflager s23 just wanting some detailed info about the secondary or "lagering" phase of the fermentation but cant seem to find any??

can someone point me in the right direction or give me a definitave answer

There's no real definitive answer. just cold-condition until the beer has cleared and you like the flavour, then package.
