I'm pretty sure it's a yes but just wanting to double check. Adding lactose to a stout will increase the FG. Just double checking it's not a stuck as it is sitting at 1022. Rough figure off the top of my head. Bit over 5kg grain. Mainly pale malt. 450 grams of lactose. 20l batch. Yeast was wyeast Irish ale 1084. Thanks.
 
Sounds about right. I've just brewed a milk stout that finished at 1022. IIRC we calculated the lactose would add about 4-5 gravity points, so the equivalent of about 1018.
 
I bottled an RIS- 1 can dark 1 can stout (coopers IS range) than 1kg malt and 1.5dex come our at 10.2% than bottled in 3 crates of old school longies!
It ended at 10.20. Tried bumping to 22+oc
