Hi all,

I racked the beer below this morning and upon opening the fermenter lid there was thick large gooey bubbles about an inch thick covering the top of my beer.
Straight away I thought it was an infection, but after having a closer look/smell/taste it seems fine. :D
It almost looked like my yeast cake was at the top of my beer instead of the bottom.
Has anybody else had this happen?

Cheers in advance, Tribal.
