Bought a 40 lire keg on line. It was used in a pub for bundy and coke. Part of which has cemented itself to the base. Tried keg cleaning soloution this has not worked. What is the best cleaner to use that will not affect the taste of the beer. Cheers.

I would just chuck some water in it for a few days, give it a chance to soften it up. Then just a normal clean with PWB.

water and heat? assuming your going to be using it for mashing in anyway.
Then follow up with PBW
