Kegerator issues

Hi all, I bought a second hand Keg King kegerator ans it’s not cooling. Also the bottom arrow won’t work and I can’t change from Fahrenheit to Celsius. I’ve read other posts and it’s most likely the control panel. Anyone know where I can get one cause Keg King no longer stock them.

When you say it's not cooling, do you mean the compressor won't run? Or that the compressor runs, but the fridge doesn't get cold?

It runs but doesn’t get cold. Few months ago when I got it it ran hit cold then compressor switched off and didn’t switch on again. I can’t set the temperature on the control panel.
