Keg Choices Help Please

Hi guys, I've narrowed down my needs to the following system and CO2 bottle

Going to come out at about $450 and should be all good to go after some fridge drilling.
My question is, are Flow Control Taps a necessity ? or a most people just running a beer tap?
Anyone see any big ticket issues with this system ? hard enough getting the other half to approve so dont want anything to go wrong!

You can get a bottle for about $160.00 bigger than that one at
the dive bottle shop on Wool Rd. Basin View...He has different sizes...I got a 5Kg.
