Hi everyone. I have signed up to join this forum because of renewed interest in brewing.
I did brew home brew about 30 years ago making the stock standard Coopers Lager and Real ale in the back shed.
But while I haven't yet resumed my interest in beer brewing.. I am trying to perfect an alcoholic Ginger Beer that will give give me an alternative for me to a beer which I love.
There is so much info on line now about brewing and different recipes that made go and buy a basic Morgans beer kit to get going.
Hope to talk and learn fro everyone. Got a Morgans Ginger Beer brewing at the moment.. I have stuck to instructions... but already thinking of another brew with either a start from scratch recipe or a few flavour additions to using the concentrate way of doing thinks.

PS.. Wouldn't mind doing a lager as well.... Oh no here I go again....
