Is it ok if I share a Chimay clone recipe?
I got the recipe from one of the brew craft stores.
I tried it and in my opinion it is very close to Chimay style, smell and taste.
I didn't find Chimay recipe in the "Barley wine" section on this forum.

Chimay is likely more a Belgian Strong Ale, but I can be quoted on that.

There is a recipe section in the middle of the main page, with categories according to AABC style guidelines. It's still a work in progress but if you have a great recipe, pop it there and let us have it. Especially if you have photos.
