Hi all. I came across this Forum yesterday, and have been very impressed with the information on here. It was very good reading, so decided to join up.
I have been brewing my own Spirits for around 8 years now having made nearly 100 batches. A couple of weeks back, I decided to get into Beer Brewing, as I have always loved beer, but haven't had one for about 8 years. Time to make up for that!. Anyway, I brewed my first beer on the 21.8.13 from a Copper Tun kit and did Mangrove Jack Gold. Since then I have bought another Kit, and also two Cooper's Kits, so now I have four on the go, and yesterday, did my 14th Brew. So far I have tasted 7 of them and all have been very nice.
