Just finished cutting up 5 kg of beef for jerky. Marinating in teriaki sauce, seasoning salt and red pepper seeds. Gonna dryer out in the oven tomorrow.... Too bad I'm out of homebrew, I'll probably work up a thirst munching on my jerky!
 
i'd be interested to know how you go about making it norsman, how long/hot is the oven? how long does it last? i'm a big fan of beef jerky
 
To make a REALLY good jerky, it needs to be smoked gently over a hardwood fire.... :beerbang:
