jurule Well-Known Member Joined 16/12/08 Messages 87 Reaction score 0 18/1/11 #3 Here is an extract i just put down. 1 x Amber malt can 1 x Light malt can 300g light crystal 100g carapils 30g choc malt (steep all for 30 mins) 250g dextrose 40g fuggles@45min 20g fuggles@10 10g galaxy@5 S04 yeast Ferment at 18. Will see how it goes.

The late addition of galaxy is for a bit of aroma. Will post results in a month...
