I've been given an Irish Red recipe today and wanted to run it past the site to see what the general concensus was as to whether it would work or not. Still on kits and only new but just trying to branch out a bit.

Can of Brewmakers lager Toss out yeast and enzyme.
Can of Caramalt
200gms of crystal malt (Got instructions on how to deal with boil cooling etc.)
Teabag of Fuggles 10mins steeping
T33 yeast or was it T53 (Reddish Pkt)

So what do you all think. Will it do the job or can you suggest any changes.

He advised that I due to the large amount of Caramalt that I leave it for at least 6wks before drinking.

Hey guys tried running this one this afternoon without any luck. Thought I might give it a run again as there are a heap more members on.

No good posting it in the Marketplace forum though mate. Try the Recipe's and Ingredients forum :)
