12% each of carared and munich might make it a little cloying/sweet. However, there seems to be 2 different options here, some like to up the crystal to balance the high IBU, while others like to lower the crystal to dry it out, and bring out the bitterniess/hoppiness. I prefer to dry them out, so i'd drop it to 5% max of the grist as munich and/or carared. Remember, at 1.070 you're going to have a good malt backbone already. Hops look fine

Cheers,
I had just crushed the grain so i'm not to fused.

However i have reduced the mash temp to 63 to compensate a tad.

I would consider replacing the late addition and dry chinook with more columbus. Chinook is one of the few hops that does next to nothing late in the game. Should be used exclusively as a bittering hop IMO.

Next time consider way less crystal. I was using <3%, but just brewed a big IPA w/no crystal. 2/3 two row, 1/3 vienna.

I also personally dislike choc malt in IPAs. Find it distracting.

drop the chocolate malt unless your brewing a hoppy american red?

Oh, i think you also need more cascade, chinook and Columbus! :p

A sprinkle of roast barley is delicious in an IPA. Like 30g.

I didn't even see the choc malt. Need to squint more when reading!. I wouldn't add choc, but its done now. Let us know how it goes. Keep the ferment cool too.

Cheers guys, will keep all the notes in mind for next time.
Mash ended up running around between 63-64, Pid really didn't like the abnormal amount of grist/water.

Ended up losing a bit of efficiency due to the small mash tun.

She's in the fermenter at 20'C.
Pitched with around 400ml of solid thick US05 slurry.
