The most important book is something you cant buy.
Its your brewers log book.
Write down what worked, what didnt, how you would change a recipe for next time, which flavours and in what beer you liked, process changes and the impact on beer, yeasts and grains used.
Age of hops, ferment temps etc.
This is the only way you will improve your beer over and over.
I can take a recipe and copy it and it doesnt give me what i want. So the experience of changing and tweaking, writing and reading about those changes will give you what you want.
