I'd love to make some sausages, but just north of us here in Port Douglas is the Mossman Butchering Company.

They win multiple awards for their home made snags, among other meats, which make it hard for us to make them. Then they sell them for around $10/kg.

Favourite so far is the pork, mango and chilli :icon_drool2:
