Been drinking my two can coopers ale all night, its ok for one or two beers, but its just plain undrinkable after four or six drinks.
The lesson - think more about what your brewing, don't take silly risks.
Man I have another three quarters of a keg to go on this, going to be a long week or two.
The idea behind the original mix was to try something new, well I think I will be thinking long and hard before doing any more experiments.
Oh and by the way, I did an all grain a week and a half ago. (its bloody fantastic)
Shall I keep experimenting, maybe, but stupid risks, no.
