Hi all I put a brew on a week and a half ago I still need to clean the bottles so I have left it to sit I'm aware that some brews require longer periods in the fermenter. Now the fermenter has started bubbling again the gravity is the same as a week ago so it's like it hit FG then sat there for a week is this alright?

The recipe I used was a can of morgans blonde a can of coopers light LME and 500g of dex with safbrew europe.

If you are getting the same hydrometer readings over a few days then its good to bottle.
I have left a brew in the fermentor for a month and it was fine, although bottling it as soon as possible is always the best,so you get another brew going to build up the stock especially with summer building up.
Cheers....spog...

Ignore the airlock and trust your hydrometer. I leave my brews in primary for 14 days at least before cold crashing or priming.
