How Does One Change His Avatar?

Been playing around in my profile for a while now, nearly everyone seems to have a piccy next to thier name, but I DONT! :angry: i know how to change the personal photo on my profile but not the avatar. Plus i have an awesome piccy lined up!!

Click on "My Controls" in the box on the top left.
Then select "Edit Avatar Settings" from one of the boxes on the left.

You will then be able to upload your Avatar.
