I have a number of partial packets of hops left over from various recipies, and I am looking for some ideas for recipes that I use them up with.
I am thinking a standard bitter might be doable with the UK hops, but no idea what I can do with the rest!
- 91g Topaz (Aus) 2011, 16.5%
- 90g Orbit (NZ) 2011, 5.3%
- 46g Amarillo (USA) nothing further known
- 39g Cluster (USA) 2009, 7.6%
- 62g Galena (USA) 2011, 13.2%
- 64g EKG (UK) 2011, 5.4%
- 22g Challenger (UK), 7.6%
