I have a number of partial packets of hops left over from various recipies, and I am looking for some ideas for recipes that I use them up with.

  • 91g Topaz (Aus) 2011, 16.5%
  • 90g Orbit (NZ) 2011, 5.3%
  • 46g Amarillo (USA) nothing further known
  • 39g Cluster (USA) 2009, 7.6%
  • 62g Galena (USA) 2011, 13.2%
  • 64g EKG (UK) 2011, 5.4%
  • 22g Challenger (UK), 7.6%
Anyone got any great ideas?

I am thinking a standard bitter might be doable with the UK hops, but no idea what I can do with the rest!

APA using Amarillo and Topaz
Bitter or a brown ale using EKG & Challenger
An Aussie Ale using cluster late and bittering with the Topaz
A Cerveza using the Galena

add to that stash anything from here:

90 pride of ringwood AUS - 9.9%
90 magnum USA - 14.1%
90 EKG UK - 4.3%
90 Northern Brewer USA - 8.5%
65 Styrian Goldings SLO - 3.4%
70 Amarillo USA - 9.3%
50 Hallertau Mittlefrueh DE - 8.0%
55 Fuggles UK - 5.1%
45 Centennial USA - 9.2%
45 Saaz Czech CZ - 3.7%
80 Nelson Sauvin NZ - 11.3%
20 Cascade

I think this means between us we can probably make about 19L of just about anything.
