Saturday 16th & Sunday 17th February 2008

"a festival that focuses on the Australian Chilli Culture and Fiery Foods in a stunning outdoors location in rural Victoria that's a stone's throw away from Melbourne. We hold the festival every year at the Redback Chilli Co farm at Jindivick on Jackson's Track, in scenic West Gippsland,Victoria and only 45 minutes from Dandenong.

World Record attempt 1.45 pm SHARP on Sunday the 17th Feb 2008. and
Australian record attempts at Jalapeno and Habanero eating will be held throughout the day, all welcome to join in, if you dare!!

I think i will go to bed now and dream of talkin' beer while eatin' chilli...... and drinkin' beer

right after i finnish buying up all the TV channels and canceling all the reality TV shows..... and greys labotomy, and just having car racing, cricket and swimsuit models on in between.

Ahh we can dream can't we.
