Hi Guys, i'm looking at subbing something for Styrian Goldings as i don;t want to use it for bittering cause of the low AA in the latest crop. I'm doing a duvel clone and would like to stay close to style. Any ideas?

Spalt works well in Belgian styles, but I'm not sure you'll be able to find a high AA crop.

...or when the synapses between your fingers and brain get lazy after a few brews? Haha...

I'd like to keep this recipe pretty close to duvel so i think i'll just run the Nbrewer for bittering and whack some styrian goldings and sazz in for flavour. Let the yeast give the nose.

Cheers guys
