I am keen to try my hand at honey ale are there any recommendations.
I would like to produce something that has a hop flavor but with honey as the underlying taste and not malt.
My first all grain was an American Pale Ale oh man, its so good. As the Pope is in Australia. Perhaps he gave a blessing to all things growing on his arrival and made my beer rise to new heights.
The beer was bottle conditioning for about 14 days, its about 20 or so now and I have basically drank my lot. My mate has take the other half home, I understand he has also ran out we have about 10 stubbies dedicated to long term storage, see how it goes after a year.
