Holgate Or Apa

hey all

looking to try and make a complex tasting apa brew, thinking something along the lines a holgate..... looking to use a vienna style malt, with amarillo/cascade hopping (possibly dry) and would like to experiment with a bit of honey... know that all those sounds like one big taste explosion so wondering if anyone had some thoughts or suggestions for a recipe
