Sponge. I think that one is it. Mine was from Sydney as well. Though posted from Hong Kong I think

As an update I purchased one of the punches shown in the link above and dear lordy they work a treat - like a hot knife through butter.

Highly recommend them to anyone requiring plumbing for their equipment.
