Hi From Yet Another Newbie

Hi All,

Yet another new recuit to the world of home brewing in Bris-Vegas. Have brewed about 6 to 8 brews so far and am learning quickly. Have also discovered the wonders of dry-hopping - love them hops. Have 2 fermenters now so I can stockpile and am about to buy a third fermenter (christmas is coming and I'll need to be ready right?).

This is definitely one of the best resources for brewing I've found, everyone's really helpful and most of all, the units are SI.

I myself am a brissie brewer and only started this year, and definitely agree with the dry hopping - does wonders for hoppy ales!

Just bottled my first IPA yesterday, and also made a non-alcoholic ginger beer for the other half. 3 week wait now to taste the results.
