Hey everyone,

Lucas here, recently moved to Cooma NSW. I am in the process of opening a Micro Distillery and Micro Brewery in town and despite being quite inexperienced at both, I intend on giving it a try and making it work, whilst working with next to no budget. Why? Because I love making things and especially love the Craft Distillery and Craft Brewery way of life. I have worked for the man, worked for myself, worked for others and honestly I am and always will be a small business operator. I went off recently and spent some time working at a small Craft Distillery and Craft Brewery at Kentucky NSW and I am addicted. I don't plan on being some multi billionaire sellout to Forsters or Tooheys, instead I want to slowly build something that I can one day pass on to my kids.
