Right, just to report back....
It's been 10months since that pack was opened and then bagged up in little baggies.....
Just pitched the last baggies today in an IPA, have to say that I have not had a batch fail me yet.
I probably won't repeat this experiment as I'm am starting to look at moving into liquid yeasts and farming, but it's proof of concept....
