Hi all
A warm hello from sunny Magill in SA. I have been brewing since around the mid 90s, but have travelled overseas and work out bush quite a bit which hampered my brewing. As such it's been about seven years since I put one down......shameful really.
Over the past few months I have been enjoying many micro brews from around our fair state, and a few HBs from mate which has reminded me just how damn good HBs can be.
As such, I'm back, and starting to plan the new "brewery" at home. From what I see this place is a wealth of info! Looking forward to learning and sharing down the track.
