Hello from Newcastle

Hi...I have just begun my home brewing journey and am hoping to get some great advice and tips from others on this forum. I have just purchased the grainfather unit with the GF fermenter. I have never brewed a batch before, but decided to start where I wanted to finish and that was with all grain. My ultimate aim is to brew great IPAs (to start with). I will be kegging almost all of my beer (I have the three tap Keg King fridge), but hope to do the occasional bottle or two.
