Hello. Living in Denmark, and I just love this community. I have got my inspiration to BIAB after reading a lot of posts in here. So here is the result. I think I will be very happy with this beer. Cheers

Excellent work tomazos. Never once have I regretted going all grain via BIAB. Were you brewing all-grain before you went to BIAB?

No. Have tried one extract brew and 2 semigrains. Don't have the time to go "traditional" all grain, so this is just perfect for me. Now I got to get comfortable with my equipment, like boil off etc. But the taste is just stunning.

Next time i'm trying a 90 minut mash and a more fine crushed malt to get effeciency up. Was expecting 60% but got 63, so happy with that.
