Heat exchange tank - Blackburn Vic

For sale heat exchanger tank $30.
Could be used for HERMS etc. Should be easy enough to fit a heating element. As it was previosly used in industry needs a bit of a clean up

Not sure. I might have to rub it back a bit to see what colour it is. Could have had cooling water or glycol through it.
