That guy pouring the beer is awesome. Answered a tirade of emails I sent with a bunch of dumb questions I had for my first all grain BIAB. Then, when I went into the shop to buy everything I needed, he happened to be the guy who served me and helped me with a whole bunch more stupid questions I had.

Best bit, the beer turned out perfectly
