Ive found that after runs of HB absence I spend my working days just putting things off and saying Ill do it tomorrow and only actually doing any real work when panicked by the boss asking for a report or something, but after a solid night of HB drinking Im much more productive at work and just do my job as I probably should (or close to itIm a lazy sod anyway  ).

As a person that doesnt really follow a healthy or in any way balanced diet, Im running under the assumption that it has something to do with the extra Thiamine (vitamin B1?) afforded to me by the residual yeast in the HB I drink before the more productive days.

Does anyone else find this to affect them, or have any thoughts on the matteror am I just copping out?

Well... thiamine helps the body convert fat/carbs into energy, so possibly if you were deficient in it, and there was enough in the residual yeast to be absorbed in any great amount, you may feel a little more energetic?

Then again, alcohol consumption drains vitamins from the body, so I'd put money on "placebo effect". ;)
