Hi Guys
A little about me I'm Dave, an electrician and my girlfriend bought me a Kit for xmass
its too hot at home to brew in the open air (28C on an overcast day) so i set up a STC 1000 and a chest freezer to control my ferment temps and put down a pal ale out of the can. i have since bottles in half glass half PET bottles and am just waiting on it to mature ( im about 1 week in)
Enough from me, its good to be able to join like minded folk and share ideas questions and a bit of knowledge
