Hi All,
I'm an analytical chemist by trade, but my current work has no chemistry involved in the slightest. So in order to scratch that itch, I decided to get into brewing (or what us chemists would probably call "bucket chemistry")
Interested to see all your wild and wacky recipes, unsafe brewing setups, and some insights as to what separates good beer from great beer.
I'm about 5 batches in, with varying degrees of success, but I think I finally have my process nailed down for now. Really keen on cranking out some smashable sours in the upcoming summer, so slowly getting the gear and ingredients to make that happen.
