Hi. I'm on my forth brew. My previous three had been dark ales and stouts. This time I decided on an amber ale as my previous brews worked out to be excellent. At day 12 I moved it to a secondary having reached goal SG. I have now 20L of green apple beer and now know that I should have left it in the primary for resolution and conditioning. Will this get better? Can I add a smaller amount of malt/dextrose and yeast to help clean up the acetaldehyde? Would bottling and patience help?
