need recipe to clear grain fridge

2 IPA hoppy
3 light session beer
what would you make
help please
and boil times

Pale Carmel 1kg
Dingemans special n malt = 1kg
Weyermann Caramunich 2 = 2kg
Special B = 1kg
Gladfield Roast Barley = 1kg
Golden Promise = 1kg
dark gran no name = 1kg
Rolled oats 1kg
Moca malt = 500gm
Rice Hulls = 1kg

Chinook 13.3% = 200gm
tettnang 4.0% =100gm
Ella 14.6% = 250gm
fuggles 4.5% = 12gm tea bag
triskel frenck / t90 pellet 10.5% = 180gm
super pride 16.9% = 100gm
pride of ring wood t90 pellet 9.5% 66gm
dark grain = 100gm

This time of year I would be putting down a couple of stouts, oatmeal for you with that grain list. What is Mocha Malt, is it a Chocolate Malt.
 
1: Use the golden promise and some coopers ale malt (2-row I assume), roast barley and some rolled oats with fuggles hops (or POR) for an oatmeal stout.

2: use your pilsner malt + pale caramel and vienna malt with chinook and galaxy for an APA/IPA style brew.

60 minute boil for the stout, 90 minute for anything with pilsner malt in it.

Vienna lager with the Tettnang hops? Maybe a Red X and Chinook smash? Could make it pretty hoppy like you want or dry hop with the galaxy.
 
Lol i think its balck malt but for some resson i maked it as mocha malt i think i did a Mocha Stout once and use in that when i get home ill change it thanks for the help
 
so i was wrong on the Moca malt it was Black Malt = 500gm
