Cheers mate, I love my IPA's using Kiwi hops, starting to get into the darker beers now. So will be trying some stout recipes.

You guys have great malts coming out of NZ too.

My local micro brewery introduced me to motueka early in my brewing days. I owe him big time for that one.

Motueka, is a personal favorite, swotting up on the stouts now, will start with a traditional one and play around with the hops on the second
