Was thinking of putting the following down

1 can Morgans Golden Saaz Pilsner
I can Morgans Unhopped Extra Pale malt

25g Saaz at 20 minutes
12g Saaz dry hopped

My question is will the 25g at 20 minutes be too much and make the brew too bitter?

Hops at 20 minutes should add more flavour than bitterness.

Only boil some of the unhopped malt extarct with the hops.

Use a good yeast - 1338 or 2308.. if you can't keep the temp at 9-13C - then go for the Kolsch yeast or a 2112 Cal lager yeast...

Works well. Won a few awards in the ACT with this.
