Hey All,

I am just looking for a great ginger beer recipie from scratch. I am a fan of bundaberg ginger beer and thought it would be great to brew something from scratch with a decent ABV masked by the ginger for a hot NQ day!!! Cheers

Mate, the trick to a Bundy GB is not recreating a plant per se, but the chilli addition just before fermentation. I have it on good authority that this is the difference.
