looking for a GB recipe scaled to 4.5L.
my rough outline is
1kg ginger
500g sugar
1 lemon - juice only
water to 4.5L
1 red chilli (maybe)
generic brewers yeast.
it's going to be going into my spare 5L Demi.
Q1. is a 5L demi, 5L total capacity (right to the top)?
