Thought I'd introduce myself. The name is Moose.
Fairly new to brewing, although I put a couple of brews down a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. I recently bought a fridge and keg system, which nudged me into reading a bit more about brewing, which lead me here. Looks like a great forum, and hopefully you guys can help me with any troubleshooting over the next few months as I get started.
My kegs arrive today, and I've got a brew in the fermenter waiting. Just a Brewcraft 'New Zealand Classic Lager' kit to start with, fairly boring to many of you I guess, but a bloke's gotta start somewhere!
