Hi all. Been skulking around for a few weeks now after taking up brewing again after a 20 odd year break. I am a massive fan of all things stout and also love a good ginger beer. Heaps of ideas already from the forum, but am quickly being reminded of the patience needed to let things sit, especially now that the budget has expanded a bit from 20 years ago. Thanks to all those whose posts have already inspired and informed me. I look forward to a long and healthy relationship with the forum!

Ah! I see where I went wrong there. I am from Don, or 'the Don' as locals refer to it. North West coast of tassie.
