Gday fellow brewers,

Just signed up and thought I'd say Hi.Brewing beer on the nsw far north coast and have just got back into it after 10 or so years off and am excited to learn some more about improving my brews!Now straight onto the threads to ask some questions!

g'day mate, that area of Australia seems to be a bit of a hot-bed of breweries at the moment so you should have plenty of fresh produce to sample!

Yeah mate not a bad part of the world in general and is looking good beer wise at the moment too!Although I just came back from a weeks holidays in Tassie and I reckon that seems like a beer hotspot aswell.....especially after driving through the bushy park area with the hops farms
