Far from a rocket scientist,but do enjoy making a brew or 5 in the plastic buckets here in Adelaide.
Made beer for 5 years or so,then had a break for a few years,now just starting to dust off the gear and get cracking again.
Stouts are my preference,but if it's cold,wet and palatable........it's worth drinking
