Gatorade Eskys Direct From Gatorade?

Anyone bought the 38 litre esky from Gatorade direct? See second page.

$140.00 is cheap isnt it or am I missing something?

Personally, Steve, I think $140 is far too much for an esky unless you're a big fan of Gatorade. Get a rectangular esky for much less. $40 for a 36L sounds better to me.

Seconded. Save your money on these coolers, little (to no) advantage to be had from a round cooler unless you're really hell bent on getting a domed stainless false bottom.

Just a quick calculation but you could by a 36L cooler at $40 and a 60-80L aluminium kettle for ~$100 and you'd have spent a similar amount.

But in the end, it up to personal preference and what people want to spend but I just thought I'd throw in the above scenario.

I got my Gatorade one off eBay for $45.
If you are willing to wait and keep an eye out, they pop up at times.

Every now and then they turn up on ebay, I got mine and I know of others who have picked them up for about $60.

P.S. I was leaning towards the round cooler as I already have a stainless false bottom in my current insulated bucket mashtun.
